All items are measured in inches. All sizes are approximate overall dimensions.
A tolerance of +/- 1/8” is acceptable.
Crystal and Glass Quality:
Optical Crystal: The quality of optical crystal is so pure and flawless that
it is used in the optics industry for a variety of applications such as prescription
eye glasses, telescopes, and microscopes. All optical crystal items are hand-cut
and polished. Minor bubbles may occur in glue seams and are not considered defects.
Machine Made Lead Crystal and Glass: Every effort is taken to produce a high
quality product at the best possible price, however, flow marks, chill marks, and
bubbles may be visible in this category of product. These marks and bubbles are
all acceptable and are considered to enhance the value of the product and are not
considered defects. Some machine made crystal and glass items will have the manufacturer’s
logo etched into the bottom of the piece.
Art Glass: Each piece of art glass is created by hand. Although we work very
closely with the manufacturers of this product to maintain consistency, every piece
of art glass may vary in size, shape, weight, and color. Bubbles and other non-uniform
variations are common in art glass and are not considered defects.
